Job summary

Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd., a growing CNC machine manufacturer in Surat, seeks a driven Sales Engineer to lead regional sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. You will drive sales targets for CNC machines, identify new industrial customers, conduct product demos, and coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth execution.

• 2-4 years of experience in industrial/technical sales (CNC or machinery preferred).
• Ability to understand technical products (training provided).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and manage end-to-end sales for CNC machines.
• Identify new industrial customers and manage key accounts.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Guide and support the regional sales team (Sales Manager-style duties).
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and follow-ups on inquiries & quotations.
