Job summary

AMS seeks a Technical Sales Associate for Hyderabad/Bangalore to promote TMT bars, educate customers, and build strong distributor and contractor relations.

The role requires 2–8 years in sales in construction materials, with great communication to engage Builders, Architects, PMC and Contractors.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech degree required.
• 2–8 years of sales experience in construction materials.
• Experience with TMT bars and construction technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promotion of TMT bars in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, fabricators, and site influencers.
• Educate customers on TMT bar specifications, grades, and construction technology.
• Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical presentations when required.
• Track competitor activities and share market intelligence.
• Work with internal teams for orders, delivery coordination, and customer queries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive market penetration
