Job summary

Celebal Technologies is seeking a motivated candidate to start a career in technical recruitment. You will source engineering talent, engage with candidates across data, cloud infrastructure, and engineering domains, and manage end-to-end recruitment workflows.

This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a fast-paced environment. You will learn to partner with hiring teams, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while building a strong candidate network in a growing tech

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Boolean Search methodology for candidate discovery.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri and LinkedIn recruiting platforms.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills for data management and reporting.
• Clear communication in both speaking and writing.
• Natural ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
• Talent for organizing information and priorities across multiple ongoing searches.
• Interest in understanding data technologies, cloud platforms, and software engineering roles.
• Willingness to master every phase of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to assess fit.

• Maintain organized records and track candidate progress through recruitment stages.
