Kylas is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional in Pune, India, to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple channels. You will screen resumes, conduct initial conversations, and coordinate interview logistics while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.

You will perform targeted headhunting, analyze market trends, support campus drives and manage employee referrals. Experience with ATS/HRMS platforms and data-driven recruitment reporting is essential.
