The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of US staffing experience, strong IT knowledge, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.

• Strong IT knowledge and industry terminology.
• Experience with W2 and C2C hiring models.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS.
• Excellent communication, sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US client requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing to identify, engage, and hire top talent across the United States. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals, work on direct client and Implementation partners requirements for US clients.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain compliance with client hiring processes and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong database of IT talent across the US market.

Required Skills
