Job summary

Sahasya Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to handle domestic IT recruitment end-to-end from our Madhapur office. The role requires strong sourcing of technical talent, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer management.

You will manage multiple IT requirements while maintaining quality and hiring timelines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in domestic IT recruitment, excellent Boolean search skills, and hands-on ATS usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Experience end-to-end recruitment and sourcing technical talent.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Experience across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, QA Automation, Full Stack Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment management tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for Domestic IT positions.
• Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and recruitment MIS reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT Staffing or Consulting companies.
• Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong networking and talent mapping skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
