Job summary

Career Soft Solutions is seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market from sourcing to onboarding. The role requires expertise in attracting IT talent, using Naukri and LinkedIn, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods are preferred. You will be responsible for screening candidates based on technical skills, location, and notice period, and for building a robust candidate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian IT talent market.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT job requirements.

Requirements
