Job summary

Aaryavin Services in Noida, India is seeking an IT recruitment specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Contract to Hire). You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and internal databases, screen resumes, and conduct telephonic interviews to assess technical fit and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (Contract to Hire)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct telephonic interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; manage scheduling, follow-ups and feedback
• Maintain strong client relationships to understand job requirements and hiring expectations
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline status updates
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and follow-up until joining
• Build and update a strong IT talent pipeline for future requirements
• Work with internal team to meet weekly and monthly hiring needs

Role & responsibilities

• Endtoend recruitment for IT positions (Contract to Hire).


• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.


• Screen resumes, shortlist relevant profiles, and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess technical understanding, communication skills, and job fit.


• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; manage scheduling, followups, and feedback.


• Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand job requirements, hiring expectations, and skill preferences.


• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.


• Maintain recruitment trackers, daily MIS reports, and pipeline status updates.


• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and maintain regular followup until joining.


• Build and update a strong talent pipeline of IT professionals for future requirements.


• Work closely with the internal team to achieve weekly and monthly hiring needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0-6 year of experience in IT recruitment-C2H, preferably in a staffing/consulting environment.


• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Handson experience with job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn recruitment.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines/hiring targets.


• Should be proactive, goaloriented, organized, and selfmotivated.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.


• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.


• Candidates with prior experience in contract staffing or permanent hiring will be preferred.
