Job summary

Diverse Lynx in Noida is seeking an experienced IT recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end staffing for domestic IT positions, source candidates through portals and referrals, and screen, assess and shortlist based on client requirements. You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, handle candidate follow-ups and onboarding, and maintain recruitment trackers to ensure timely closures while building a strong IT candidate pipeline.

Walk-ins are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in Domestic IT Staffing (C2H) and client hiring.
• Ability to screen and shortlist accurately based on technical requirements.
• Strong pipeline-building and stakeholder management skills.
