Job summary

Adecco India is hiring an IT Recruiter on a Contract-to-Hire basis to lead sourcing and screening of IT professionals for C2H roles based in Noida Sec 62.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, handle offer negotiations, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure adherence to internal processes while building a robust candidate pipeline. Laptop mandatory; 1–3 years of experience preferred.

• Proven IT recruitment experience, especially for Contract-to-Hire roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
