About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Technical Recruiter – APAC to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad.The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in technical/IT recruitment across APAC markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, and Southeast Asia.This role is best suited for an out‑of‑the‑box talent sourcer who can independently identify and engage hard‑to‑find technical talent across multiple countries and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven startup environment.The successful candidate should be a strong passive‑candidate sourcer who can build talent pipelines using multiple channels rather than relying solely on traditional job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment across APAC markets.
• Source technical candidates across Singapore, Malaysia, India, China, and Southeast Asia.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche, specialised, and hard-to-find technical profiles.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray search, social media, professional communities, referrals, job boards, talent databases, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative and unconventional sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines across multiple APAC geographies.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research for specific technology skills and locations.
• Develop a strong understanding of APAC talent pools, candidate availability, compensation expectations, notice periods, work authorisation, and local recruitment practices.
• Conduct initial candidate screening against technical, functional, geographical compensation, and eligibility requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, and offer‑stage engagement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Manage multiple technical requirements simultaneously while maintaining strong turnaround times and submission quality.
• Meet defined recruitment, sourcing, submission, interview, and hiring targets.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, technical skill sets, APAC talent trends, and recruitment practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
• Strong hands‑on recruitment experience across APAC markets.
• Proven experience recruiting in one or more of the following markets:
• Malaysia
• China
• Philippines
• Vietnam
• Other Southeast Asian markets
• Strong expertise in Boolean Search and X-Ray Search.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn and other social/professional platforms for talent sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to identify passive candidates through creative sourcing methods.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and IT talent markets.
• Ability to understand and assess technical profiles at an initial screening level.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of recruitment assignments.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Agency Recruitment/ Recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory
• Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office.

• Can independently build candidate pipelines in new APAC markets.

• Have experience recruiting for technologies such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, ERP, and emerging technologies.
• Are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership.
• Bring an entrepreneurial, hands‑on, target‑oriented approach to recruitment.
• Have prior experience in agency/recruitment consulting environments and understand client‑driven hiring requirements.
