Job Title: Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing

Location: Noida, India

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients. The recruiter will source, screen, qualify, and submit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Work on requirements for technologies including Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other job portals.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against technical job descriptions.
• Conduct initial technical and communication screening.
• Validate candidate experience, location, work authorization, availability, compensation/rate, and employment history.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up on interview feedback and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and terms with candidates and vendors.
• Handle candidate onboarding, documentation, background checks, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the ATS/CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT consultants.
• Work with Account Managers and Delivery teams to prioritize urgent requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
• Knowledge of US work authorization such as H-1B, H-1B Transfer, GC, USC, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.
• Understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Full-Time hiring models.
• Good knowledge of US time zones and recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean-search skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical JDs and identify suitable technical profiles.
• Experience working with VMS/MSP processes is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Experience recruiting for one or more of the following areas:
