Job summary

NLB Services in India is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to manage Contract-to-Hire hiring, source candidates across portals and networks, and coordinate interview rounds with clients. You will screen candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure timely onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT recruitment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, proficient in Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire requirements.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates through initial telephonic/video discussions.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate compensation, notice period, and joining aspects.
• Submit quality profiles against assigned requirements.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with clients for feedback and candidate status.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding.
• Ensure documentation and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for C2H needs.
• Meet defined TAT, productivity, and closure targets.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
• Screen candidates through initial telephonic/video discussions.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other joining-related aspects.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for interview feedback and candidate status.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage candidate documentation and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future C2H requirements.
• Meet defined recruitment TAT, productivity, and closure targets.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / C2H Recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Good follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in Contract-to-Hire / Contract Staffing recruitment.
• Experience working with IT clients or staffing organizations.
• Knowledge of onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
