Job summary

Datamatics in Puducherry is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on end-to-end IT/Software recruitment, including niche technologies and senior/leadership positions.

You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases, manage screening, offers, onboarding, and recruitment metrics, and partner with hiring managers to close roles promptly. Experience across global geographies is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
• Hands-on sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Strong IT knowledge and technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate with HR specialization or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire across Data Science, Sitecore, MSCRM, Cloud, AI/ML and Generative AI.

• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Software roles, including niche and leadership hiring.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases and referrals.
• Hire across technologies such as Data Science, Sitecore, MSCRM, Cloud, AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Build talent pipelines through market mapping, networking and targeted sourcing, including small and mid-sized software companies.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Independently handle senior and leadership hiring.
• Manage candidate screening, negotiations, offers and onboarding.

• Experience in hiring for international geographies such as Dubai and Australia will be an advantage.
