• Excellent recruitment skills in IT / Software.
• Experience in hiring for niche skills will be a plus like Software Engineers, Fullstack, Data Analysts, Datascientist, Sitecore, Data architects,Generative AI, LLM for AI and embedded skills
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to define job descriptions and skill requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline data.
• Interpret and translate technical needs into clear sourcing strategies.
• Schedule and manage candidate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Excellent stakeholder handling skills.
• Experience in handling senior/leadership requirements will be a plus.
