Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably with staffing agency.
• Hands-on experience in Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing and C2H hiring.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Frontend/Backend, Cybersecurity).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and internal databases.
• Handle domestic IT requirements across contract, C2H and FT hires.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, availability and compensation expectations.
• Negotiate salaries, discuss offers and notice periods to improve join ratios.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS.
• Coordinate with account and hiring managers to deliver profiles within deadlines.

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in Domestic IT Hiring, Staff Augmentation, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical requirements, building strong talent pipelines, and achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and other relevant platforms.
• Handle domestic IT requirements across contract, C2H, and full-time hiring.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Manage salary negotiations, counteroffers, and notice-period discussions to improve offer‑to‑join ratios.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and feedback in the ATS.
• Coordinate with account managers and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably with a staffing or recruitment agency.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, and C2H hiring.
• Good understanding of technical skill sets, including Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Frontend/Backend, and Cybersecurity.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, Zoho Recruit, Taleo, or similar systems.
• Strong candidate management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor and independently managing recruitment targets.
