Job summary

Selective Global Search Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional to lead middle and top-level hiring. You will source candidates via portals, headhunting, and networking, manage interview processes, and develop recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of consultancy experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in manpower sourcing for IT and non-IT sectors. This is a full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.

• Preferring candidates with excellent communication skills.
• Should have experience in consultancy background.

• Recruitment for Middle and Top-Level Positions only permanent Hiring.
• Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals, Head hunting, Social Networking, reference etc. in stipulated time frame
• Contact eligible candidates for interviews & follow ups.
• Making Recruitment Strategies
• Handling Recruitment Life Cycle
• Experience of Team Creation/Handling would be an added Advantage.
• Mapping target companies and competitors.
• Team handling role for Leads and Above
• Team Building for own team
• Client Management
• Generating references
