Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is hiring for a US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves US shift timing and is office-based in Noida.

The candidate should have 6 months to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with strong knowledge of the staffing lifecycle and work authorization, and familiarity with Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

Screen candidates as per client requirements.

Handle W2, C2C & Full-Time requirements.

Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

6 Months upto 5 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment

Strong knowledge of the US Staffing lifecycle & work authorization

Experience with Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Experience with Direct Clients/Implementation Partners is a plus.
