Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled at finding qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other job portals and have a good understanding of the US IT recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and candidate headhunting.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced candidate search techniques.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
• Understanding of US IT job markets, technical skills, and job descriptions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and recruitment targets.
• Knowledge of US time zones and willingness to work US business hours, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for US staffing companies or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience with ATS and candidate pipeline management.
