Job summary

NLB Services is seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter in Noida to join our dynamic recruitment team. You will source, screen, and hire IT professionals for US staffing, handling W2, C2C, and Full‑Time roles with a focus on quality and speed.

The role requires hands-on experience in US staffing, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This is a full-time, office-based position in Noida and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in US Staffing recruitment
• Experience sourcing, screening and hiring IT professionals for W2, C2C and Full‑Time roles
• Strong knowledge of US work authorization (H1B, GC-EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
• Proficient in using major job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter for active/passive sourcing

Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through portals, LinkedIn, ATS and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate profiles against client requirements.
• Conduct HR interviews to assess skills, communication, and availability.
• Manage W2, C2C and Full‑Time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and trackers.
• Foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Meet hiring targets with quality standards

Job Summary

NLB Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in the US Staffing industry and be well‑versed in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for W2, C2C, and Full‑Time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full‑Time requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• 2 - 6 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Experience working on W2, C2C, and Full‑Time requirements.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, GC‑EAD, OPT/CPT, TN Visa, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with Direct Clients and/or Implementation Partners is preferred.
