Job summary

kk Software Associates in Noida Sector-62 is seeking a candidate for US IT recruitment on a night shift with onsite work. The role requires hands-on experience with major job boards and a deep understanding of US work authorizations.

You will screen, source, and negotiate with candidates while meeting tight targets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant has a Bachelor’s degree and prior US staffing experience, and can manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement

• Hands-on experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
