Job summary

ArrowCore Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Noida for US IT staffing. The role is on-site with a 6 PM to 3 AM shift and full-time employment.

The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for US technical roles, sourcing through major portals and coordinating interviews and onboarding processes. Requirements include 2+ years in US IT recruitment, strong knowledge of W2/C2C, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates from US job portals including Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder.
• Strong understanding of W2 and C2C engagements and related work authorizations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, capable of closures in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
• Source candidates through US job portals and platforms.
• Work on W2 and C2C requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, location and work authorization.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and manage interview/hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and database.
• Take ownership of requirements and drive closures.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other US job portals.
• Work extensively on W2 and C2C requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT work authorizations.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up through the interview and hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and database.
• Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive them toward closure.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience with US Staffing / US IT Recruitment
• Strong experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder or similar sourcing platforms
• Good knowledge of technical positions and IT skill sets.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
