Job summary

Refold AI in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions, and Delivery teams. You will source, outreach, screen, and shape a candidate experience that prompts a yes to a first call.

You'll learn from founders and our recruiting lead while moving fast and raising the bar. This is a day-0 role on our talent team with high ownership.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, sales/outbound, or a fast-paced ops role.
• High-agency mindset and persistence are valued.
• Clear, warm communication with candidates.
• Organized with strong follow-through.
• Curious about engineering and AI in technical hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring end to end for our FDE, Solutions, and Delivery roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, and running the loop.
• Source top technical talent through creative research, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Write outreach that actually gets replies from engineers: personal, sharp, human.
• Own scheduling and candidate experience so no one falls through the cracks.
• Keep our pipeline and ATS clean, organized, and always up to date.
• Sit in on interviews and debriefs to learn how we assess FDE, Solutions, and Delivery talent.
• Test new sourcing channels and share what's working.

About this role

We want a recruiter who's hungry to find great technical talent, not one who waits for résumés to land in an inbox.

The teams that get our customers live, our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Solutions, and Delivery, are scaling fast. This is a Day-0 seat on our talent team, and you'll own hiring for these teams end to end: sourcing, outreach, screening, and creating a candidate experience so good that great people say yes to a first call. You'll learn full-cycle recruiting directly from our founders and recruiting lead, and grow as fast as you can prove yourself.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales/outbound, or a fast-paced ops role, or a sharp new grad who's clearly high-agency.
• A hunter's instinct: resourceful, and you don't give up after one message.
• Genuinely great communication and a warm, human touch with candidates.
• Organized and reliable; you follow through without being chased.
• Curious about engineering and AI, and excited to learn the craft of technical hiring.

Bonus points

• You've done cold outbound (sales or recruiting) and know what a good sequence looks like.
• You've used tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, or an ATS.
• Enough technical curiosity to understand what an FDE or solutions engineer actually does, and learn the rest fast.
