We are a growing AI company looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for both tech and non-tech roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Write engaging job descriptions and post across relevant channels.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and communities.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on role fit and cultural alignment.
• Conduct structured and behavioral interviews using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS to track candidate progress and streamline hiring.
• Track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate).
• Support employer branding efforts through social hiring and content.
• Ensure a great candidate experience from outreach to offer.

• Strong interviewing skills, with a structured and behavioral approach.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and leadership.
• Negotiation & persuasion skills for handling offers, conflicts, and workplace discussions.
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Asana.
