Job summary

Zyoin Group is seeking an Associate/Senior Talent Acquisition professional for product and tech hiring in Bengaluru. You will own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, data, and AI/ML roles, building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, and referrals, while engaging with business leaders and candidates to drive successful hires.

We value experience in tech-savvy startups or SaaS environments, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple roles with high efficiency

Qualifications

• 6 Months - 4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Product-based companies, SaaS organizations, Startups, or GCCs.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Product.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technical Recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and other technology roles.
• Source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and drive closures.
• Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and advanced Boolean search.
• Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates for niche technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and provide market insights.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
• Manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring targets, SLAs, and quality expectations.
• Ensure accurate ATS updates and maintain strong recruitment metrics.
• Leverage recruitment data to improve sourcing strategies, turnaround time (TAT), conversion rates, and overall hiring quality.
• Contribute to building scalable recruitment processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
