The Technical Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and transformation projects across the company’s client base. This role champions the use of robust project management methodologies, applying best practices with a lean and agile mindset to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet client expectations.
As a key member of the Professional Services team, the Technical Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from presales engagement and planning through execution, go-live, and closure. They work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements, translating these into structured project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. A strong ability to balance process, structure, and delivery is essential.
The Technical Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and third‑party vendors, ensuring that resources are effectively coordinated and that technical work is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. They proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and adapt plans to accommodate evolving client needs or technical constraints.
In addition to managing infrastructure and cloud projects delivered by the company, the Technical Project Manager may be deployed directly into client environments to manage internal or third‑party projects on behalf of the client. In these engagements, the TPM acts as a trusted extension of the client's team, bringing company’s project delivery expertise, technical oversight, and agile methodology to ensure successful outcomes.
This role also contributes to the development and refinement of internal project delivery processes, templates, and tools, helping to raise the standard of project management across the business. Ultimately, the Technical Project Manager's leadership ensures that projects are delivered with precision, agility, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
