RVS iGlobal is seeking a Technical Project Manager for on-site roles in Gurugram/Jammu to lead IT infrastructure and cloud projects. You will drive presales-to-closure delivery with lean and agile practices, coordinating with engineers, consultants, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT infrastructure project delivery, PMP/PRINCE2 or similar, and strong Azure/Microsoft 365 expertise. MSP background and client-facing experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing infrastructure refresh projects (On-Premises and Cloud).

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Technical Project Managerplays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure,cloud, and transformation projects across the company’s client base. This rolechampions the use of robust project management methodologies, applying bestpractices with a lean and agile mindset to deliver high-quality technicalsolutions that meet client expectations.

As a key member of theProfessional Services team, the Technical Project Manager oversees the fullproject lifecycle—from presales engagement and planning through execution,go-live, and closure. They work closely with clients to understand business andtechnical requirements, translating these into structured project plans withclear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. A strong ability tobalance process, structure, and delivery is essential.

The Technical Project Managercollaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineers, consultants, and third-party vendors, ensuring that resources are effectively coordinated and that technical work is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. They proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and adapt plans to accommodate evolving client needs or technical constraints.

In addition to managing infrastructure and cloud projects delivered by the company, the Technical Project Manager may be deployed directly into client environments to manage internal or third-party projects on behalf of the client. In these engagements, the TPM acts as a trusted extension of the client's team, bringing company's project delivery expertise, technical oversight, and agile methodology to ensure successful outcomes.

This role also contributes to the development and refinement of internal project delivery processes, templates, and tools, helping to raise the standard of project management across the business. Ultimately, the Technical Project Manager's leadership ensures that projects are delivered with precision, agility, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

2. Project Planning

• Ensure all customer projects are well planned, considering reasonable timescales, contingency, risk planning, resourceavailability, and client expectations.
• Support the Professional Services Manager inscheduling client projects while balancing resource availability and client expectations.
• Set clear project expectations, deliverables, scope, and success metrics with clients in accordance with the commercial agreement.

3. Technical ProjectManagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for clientsthroughout the technical delivery lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations, communicate projectprogress, and support clients throughout infrastructure and cloud-basedprojects.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure project tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and to required technical standards and cost parameters.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure third-party deliverables meet technical and operational requirements.
• Manage project changes, exceptions, risks, and scope adjustments while ensuring alignment with contractual commitments.
• Provide regular internal updates on project status, technical progress, and risks.
• Apply agile principles to project delivery while adapting to changing client needs and technical constraints.
