Job summary

Aanseacore in Chennai, India seeks an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives, with a focus on security, cloud platforms, and ERP/HRMS integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering; MBA or PM qualification preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 4 years in enterprise IT infra or digital transformation.
• PM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects, vendors, budgets, SLAs, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master IT program plan with milestones, budgets, and governance.
• Lead multiple infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, ERP, and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution from planning to handover and go-live.
• Manage RAID, change requests, escalation, and vendor performance.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, invoices, and resource utilization to ensure cost control.
• Collaborate with leaders, technical teams, finance, procurement, and executives to deliver projects.
• Prepare executive dashboards and governance documentation; ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery, governance, and technology adoption.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, and project governance to ensure the successful delivery of technology initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Project Management qualification is preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years managing enterprise IT infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong experience managing multiple parallel projects, vendors, budgets, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management, endpoint management, cybersecurity, ERP, HRMS, ITSM, and data platforms.
• Experience with RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, procurement, contract negotiations, and implementation governance.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, financial tracking, stakeholder management, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, resolve dependencies, and drive execution in fast-paced environments.

Certification Required

• PMP + ITIL Intermediate / Managing Professional, Agile/Scrum Master certification cloud fundamentals (Azure / AWS)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the master IT program plan, including milestones, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and project governance.
• Lead multiple infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise application, and digital transformation projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution from planning, procurement, implementation, testing, go-live, stabilization, and operational handover.
• Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies (RAID), change requests, and escalation processes.
• Drive RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, contract execution, procurement activities, and vendor performance management.
• Monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, invoices, and resource utilization while ensuring cost control.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track implementation progress, monitor SLAs, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Support implementation of enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management, ITSM, ERP, HRMS, cybersecurity, data platforms, collaboration tools, and endpoint management.
• Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, steering committee updates, and governance documentation.
• Ensure complete project documentation, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and smooth transition to support teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize project delivery, governance, processes, and technology adoption.
