TECEZE seeks a Technical Presales Consultant – Digital Workplace Services to drive solutioning and technical engagement for enterprise customers. Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise managed services solutions for large user environments (5,000+ users).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service management and KPI/SLA modeling.
• Ability to estimate FTE requirements and create cost-effective, scalable solutions.
• Experience with global 24x7 delivery models and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation, and RFP response delivery.
• Understanding of commercial models: fixed-price, time-and-material, outcomes-based.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand Digital Workplace requirements.
• Design scalable and cost-effective solutions across Global Service Desk (L1/L2/L3), EUC, and Automation & AI chatbots.
• Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions.
• Own technical responses for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Develop solution architecture, SOW, transition plans, and effort estimation.
• Support pricing models and commercial alignment.
• Deliver client presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Provide seamless handover to delivery teams post deal closure.
