Job summary

Infosys seeks a Senior Advisor to drive digital workplace strategy and transformation for client organizations, shaping roadmaps and technology choices. You will lead large digital transformation programs as a trusted advisor, deliver best-fit architectural solutions, and engage executives with clear communication, strong analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.

This role requires deep domain knowledge across employee experience platforms, collaboration tools, security and change

• Provide technology advisory services to Client Executives on their digital workplace strategy & roadmap.
• Lead large digital transformation programs as a trusted Technology advisor to clients with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide best-fit architectural solutions, technology consultation, assist in defining scope and sizing of work, create technology differentiation to ensure high quality technical solutions and thought leadership.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience across the breadth of Digital Workplace Technology domain in two or more of the below domains – o Employee Experience Platforms & Services, Field Service Management o Digital Collaboration (Team Collaboration, Cloud Voice & Meeting, Collaborative Apps) o DaaS & Device lifecycle Management (Modern device and endpoint management, Cloud Virtual Desktops, Device Analytics & experience management) o Workplace Security o Digital Adoption & Change Management (incl. Workplace Analytics) o Service desk & experience, (incl. Conversational AI & Automation). o Exposure to program management and/or portfolio management skills using Agile principles (preferably SAFe®) as either Agile Practitioner, Product Manager or equivalent.
