Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Senior Workplace Solution Architect to design innovative Digital Workplace solutions, elevating employee experience and productivity for clients. The role focuses on pre-sales, solutioning, and crafting end-to-end architectures that map to business needs.

You will develop proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and partner with sales to translate complex requirements into concrete blueprints and compelling POCs. Strong leadership in DEX, VDI, and security is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Workplace technologies and end-user computing.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management solutions: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Workspace ONE.
• Hands-on experience with VDI technologies: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware Horizon.
• Expertise in collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex.
• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools: Nexthink, Lakeside, 1E.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment, imaging, and autopilot.
• Understanding of endpoint security solutions and Zero-Trust principles.
• Excellent client-facing and consultative selling skills.

• Ensure proposed solutions align with security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover.
