Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Solution Specialist – Digital Workplace to help enterprise clients transform collaboration, security, and productivity with Microsoft Modern Workplace, Google Workspace, and AI-powered tools. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to design and position solutions that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Workplace technologies, solution consulting, presales, architecture, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace, Google Workspace, Security & Compliance, and AI productivity solutions.
• Experience engaging enterprise customers and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
• Understanding of modern workplace security, identity, governance, compliance, and collaboration technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across partner ecosystems, sales teams, and technical delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Driving pipeline growth and customer engagement for Digital Workplace solutions across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial customers.
• Leading customer discovery sessions, workshops, solution demonstrations, and presales engagements to identify business needs and define solution strategies.
• Designing and positioning Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Security & Compliance, Employee Experience, and AI-powered workplace solutions.
• Developing solution proposals, business cases, and supporting RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses to help customers achieve their transformation objectives.
• Building trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, HR leaders, and Digital Transformation teams.
• Collaborating with Microsoft, Google, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to drive successful solution adoption and business outcomes.

As a Solution Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them modernize collaboration, strengthen security, and accelerate workplace transformation. Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Microsoft, and Google teams, you will design and position innovative solutions that solve business challenges while driving customer adoption and long‑term success.
