Job summary

UST in Hyderabad seeks an Analog Layout Engineer to work on full custom layouts for advanced nodes (2nm/3nm). You will handle PLL, Bandgap, ADC/DAC blocks using Virtuoso and ensure electrical closure.

You will contribute to chip-level integration, DRC/LVS checks and reliability considerations, collaborating with mixed-signal teams to deliver robust layouts for cutting-edge technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Expertise in full custom analog layout for PLLs, Bandgap, ADCs/DACs.
• Experience with CAD tools and process nodes.
• Knowledge of reliability concepts and layout electrical parameters.

Responsibilities

• Execute full custom layouts for analog blocks in cutting-edge nodes.
• Handle sub cells/leaf cells to build IP/macros with CAD tools.
• Chip-level integration, physical verification and electrical closure.
• Exposure to other fields of custom layout.
• Focus on analog, digital and mixed-signal layout.
• Ensure layout reliability and parameter closure.

Job Description: Analog Layout Engineer

Key Responsibilities/Preferred Experience:

• The role involves execution in the field of full custom layouts in cutting edge technology nodes. It will require a good layout electrical parameter knowledge along with quick learning capabilities.
• Candidate should be able to handle sub cells/leaf cells that are needed to build IP/macro using CAD tools
• Chip level integration, physical verification and electricals closure
• Candidate will be exposed/experienced to various other fields of custom layout
• Custom layout expertise in lower technology
• Digital, Analog and mixed signal layout.
• Good understanding of reliability concepts
• Good understating of layout electrical parameters and closure
• Experience in 3nm and 2nm
• This is for Analog Layout Engineers having exp in custom block layout like PLL, Bandgap, ADC, DAC etc. and Virtuoso, Calibre, DRC, LVS
