Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies for energy conservation and cost reduction.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  
• Ensure smooth operation of all facilities under management by coordinating with vendors and contractors.
  
• Manage facility operations, including building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical equipment (DG sets & UPS), and preventative/corrective maintenance.
  
• Oversee utility management for electricity, water supply, and other services.
