Job summary

Concorde Group is seeking a Facilities Manager in Bengaluru to oversee daily operations of residential apartment common areas and facilities. You will supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other facility services.

You will coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, lifts, and fire systems, conduct inspections, address resident complaints, and liaise with contractors and vendors for service quality and

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the residential apartment common areas and facilities.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other facility services.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, lifts, fire-fighting systems, pumps, and other MEP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment rooms, parking areas, amenities, and utility areas.
• Attend to resident complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors, AMC agencies, and external vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, manpower deployment, attendance, and service quality.
• Maintain daily logbooks, equipment records, complaint registers, checklists, and maintenance reports.
• Monitor electricity, water, diesel, and other utility consumption.
• Ensure proper operation of DG sets, pumps, STP/WTP, fire systems, and other essential services.
