Job summary

Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants is seeking an early-career Facilities Management professional to support technical operation of site systems. You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance across MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems while coordinating with vendors and ensuring contract compliance.

You will maintain logs, respond to helpdesk requests, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 1+ years, or BE/BTech with 1+ years, technical FM experience.
• Technical expertise in facilities/engineering operations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Good reporting, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and FM tools.
• Willing to work shifts and cover multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems.
• Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, ensure statutory and contract requirements are met.
• Maintain equipment, asset, and service request logs; complete daily/weekly reports for management updates.
• Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly to minimize downtime and client disruption.
• Enforce health, safety, statutory and crisis management procedures; participate in safety drills and audit-ready documentation.
• Conduct site rounds, flag risks, and implement risk mitigation, energy conservation, and sustainability measures.
• Support minor project work, installations, shutdowns, and asset upgrades as required.
• Train and assist junior staff and service teams on technical and safety procedures; foster a collaborative team environment.

Support all technical facility operations. Report to Lead Security & Engineering and ensure site systems operate reliably, safely, and compliantly as per contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, and ensure all statutory and contract requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and service request logs; complete daily/weekly reports and provide input for monthly management updates.
• Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing downtime and client disruption.
