Job summary

Smartworks is hiring for facilities maintenance and operations management. The role covers electrical/electronic systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, and associated equipment across large sites. You will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and energy conservation strategies.

The candidate should ensure safety, permits, equipment logs, and coordination with OEM services while delivering regular reports on power, water, and facility performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and facility management.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in large premises.
• Familiar with energy optimization and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical/electronic systems and perform breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper work permits for planned preventive maintenance.
• Monitor logbooks and warranty/AMC management with OEM services.
• Adhere to statutory requirements and manage power and water bills.
• Prepare PM checklists and maintenance reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Oversee DG sets, UPS, HVAC installations, cooling towers, motors, pumps, transformers, HT/LT, and water treatment plants.

Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in Administration, DG,UPS,Fire Protection, STP, HVAC, PPM, Transformers, Business Operations, LT Breakers and Facility Maintenance
• Operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance.
• Well versed in Usage of HK chemicals and its dilution methods
• Ensure proper Work permit for the Planned Preventive Maintenance for the technicians and contractor working in the premises
• Monitoring of all logbooks
• Keeping track of OEM services under warranty management & AMC Management.
• All statutory requirements should be adhered and maintained
• Analysing the Electricity and water bill
• High level knowledge in HVAC towards energy optimization and upkeep.
• Ability to handle machines breakdowns, preventive maintenance.
• Preparing checklist for electrical mechanical equipment and preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Efficient in failure analysis while ensuring application of best maintenance practices.
• Efficient to work in Electrical and Mechanical Equipments and problem-solving ideas
• Preparing documents for power consumption & conservation.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.
