Job summary

Dreamtoz Solution (opc) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to configure and develop ITSM modules onsite PAN India. You will handle Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management, along with Service Catalog items and approval workflows.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript and Glide APIs, and expertise in ITIL processes. This is an onsite role with ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/administration.
• Proficient in ITSM/ITOM and ITIL processes.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide APIs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes and UI Actions.
• Implement Flow Designer and workflows.
• Build Service Catalog items and approval workflows.
• Work on Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Develop and support enterprise integrations.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
