Job summary

Dreamtoz Solution (opc) is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to translate business requirements into effective ITSM solutions across PAN India onsite. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned processes and hands-on workflow design.

You will lead ITSM implementations, conduct stakeholder workshops, support UAT and validation activities, and prepare functional and technical documentation while coordinating with development teams to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
