Genpact, a global technology solutions leader, is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance in Bengaluru. You will lead a testers team, design test plans and scripts, and coordinate with development teams to ensure coverage.

The role focuses on manual and automated testing, with emphasis on improving test processes and outcomes. The ideal candidate has deep QA expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with a range of testing frameworks and tools.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters degree in Software Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Certification track including CSQA/CSTE ISTQB or similar is desirable.
