Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to guide a tester team, design robust test plans, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The role involves coordinating with development teams, executing both manual and automated tests, and mentoring junior testers in best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering, CS, or IT.
• Master’s degree in Software Engineering.
• ISTQB Certification (as listed in the certifications section).
