Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sr.

Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to design and drive testing strategy across software projects. You will lead a team of testing professionals, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee manual and automated testing activities to ensure software quality and performance. The role requires strong leadership, extensive QA expertise, and the ability to implement best practices in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications spanning BE/BTech/ME/MTech in computer engineering, IT, CS, or related fields.
• Professional QA/Testing certifications such as CSQA, CSTE, ISTQB are desirable.
• Experience leading testing teams and implementing QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications.
• Lead a team of testing professionals to execute test cases and scenarios effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define testing objectives.
• Perform manual and automated testing activities to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects in a timely manner.
