Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance in a hybrid role in India. You will develop test strategies, lead a team of testing professionals, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software quality and performance.

You will perform both manual and automated testing, identify defects, and drive improvements in testing processes, staying updated with industry best practices. This role emphasizes leadership, agile methods, and strong client relations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is a plus.
• Experience leading QA/testing teams and defining test strategies.
