Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to supervise a tester team, design test plans, and coordinate with development teams to ensure thorough coverage. The role involves manual and automated testing, result analysis, and guiding best practices across the team.

You will mentor staff, monitor progress, and drive quality improvements in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. Hybrid work in India is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• ISTQB Certified Tester and Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer certifications.
