Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead - Testing & Quality Assurance to drive testing strategy and manage a team of testers. You will develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate with development to ensure coverage, and perform both manual and automated testing to validate software quality and performance.

Ideal candidates will have strong QA leadership, hands-on experience with automation tools, and the ability to mentor peers while delivering clear test metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, CS, or IT.
• Masters degree in Software Engineering is beneficial.
• Experience leading QA/testing teams and defining test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of testers to execute testing activities;
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements;
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
