Genpact is seeking a Testing Leader to design and execute comprehensive application testing strategies. You will guide a team of testers, coordinate with product and engineering, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure high-quality software releases.

The role requires strong Agile testing experience, proficiency in automation tools, and a track record of leading QA initiatives in fast-moving environments. Hybrid work in India is available.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degrees in computer engineering/science/IT.
• Master's degree in software engineering preferred.
• Certifications in software testing are a plus.
