Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Tech Lead in Testing & Quality Assurance to drive test strategy and oversee a team of testers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters in Software Engineering Certifications or equivalent advanced training.
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and other quality certifications.
• ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent experience in software testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications.
• Lead a team of testing professionals to execute test cases and scenarios effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and testing objectives.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
