Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Manager - Testing & Quality Assurance P to lead testing strategy and a team of testers, driving automation and quality across applications. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, risk identification, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Candidates with CSQA, CSTE, ISTQB, and strong Agile QA background are preferred. Location is India with hybrid work arrangements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and multiple IT-related diplomas/certifications listed in the ad.
• Experience with QA automation and testing frameworks is expected.
• Knowledge of modern testing methodologies and risk management.
