Job summary

Colligence Research Pvt Ltd in Bangalore North, India is seeking a Technical Lead — Product Engineering (Full Stack) to provide strong technical guidance to a team of engineers and own end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead — Product Engineering (Full Stack) to provide strong technicalguidance to a team of engineers. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, reporting directly tothe Technical Architect.

Primary Focus

Enable engineers to move faster and build better by unblocking them technically, reviewing work,guiding sound technical decisions, and maintaining high standards of code quality and consistency. You will own end-to-end product delivery, focusing on building and shipping new features ratherthan maintaining or supporting legacy systems.

This role does not require prior people management experience; however, we are looking forsomeone with the potential to grow into broader leadership responsibilities over time.
