Job summary

Zoho in Delhi is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to lead a team of engineers while staying hands-on in software development. You will deliver scalable, high-performance applications, drive AI-first engineering practices, and mentor developers for reliable, secure product delivery across web, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Leadership to deliver business-critical features, build AI-powered capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Full-Stack Development experience with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS, and related cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment.
